HEALTH, SAFETY, & ENVIRONMENT

Protecting people, operations, and the environment starts with planning. We set HSE controls early and maintain them through construction, commissioning, startup, and turnover.

On live assets, that includes SIMOPS planning, verified isolations, and process safety management aligned with the construction sequence. Our field teams also support facility inspections and the owner's integrity management program during active construction.

SSI's role changes with the project. Whether the work calls for owner's representation, integrated delivery, or prime contractor accountability, your team gets construction input matched to your requirements.

Owners Representative

We provide construction insight and oversight aligned with owner priorities.

Integrated Delivery

We work with internal or third-party engineering providers so design decisions stay connected to cost, schedule, and field execution.

Prime Contractor

Under Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM) models, SSI carries the delivery role and accountability defined by the contract.
