EPC
Under an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contract, SSI maintains single point accountability for engineering, procurement, and construction through completion. With turnkey delivery, we keep the full scope under one contract and hand over the package in line with the agreed requirements.

EPCM
Under Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM), the owner holds the trade and supply contracts directly while we manage engineering, procurement, and construction to plan. We run day-to-day execution while your team keeps direct visibility into cost and commercial decisions.

CM
As Construction Manager, SSI can lead the job independently or integrate with the owner’s team, while you keep the contracting structure that fits the project. We take the project package into execution, staff the field, and manage the trades from mobilization through completion.
EXECUTION ON THE GROUND
Supervision, field engineering, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), quantity surveying, subcontractor coordination, and project controls report through one chain. The project team sees field progress, cost movement, and workface readiness from the same source.
Staged to the Early Plan
Materials, permits, isolations, tools, and labour are staged to the daily plan before the shift starts. Crews receive a defined scope with the workface ready to support it.
Tracked Against the Workface
Progress is measured against plan with field-verified data and earned value. When schedule or cost moves, your team sees what changed and what decision is needed next.
Execution Plan Built Around Site Constraints
Site constraints are carried into the field plan before mobilization, including access, heavy-haul routes, crane pads, laydown, permit windows, environmental restrictions, and live-plant conditions.
BUILDING AROUND LIVE OPERATIONS
On a brownfield job, work must progress without disrupting the operating plant. We map the interface between construction and operations before permits are issued, so permits, isolations, operating requirements, and construction sequence are planned together as new systems are tied-in.

SIMOPS Before Permits
Live energy sources in the work zone are identified before permits are issued. The SIMOPS plan sets who works where, when, and under what operating conditions.

Isolation Verified & Tracked
Isolation points are confirmed before work begins and tracked through the isolation matrix until the system returns to service.

Hot Work Reduction
Where ignition-source operations can be avoided, we plan mechanical tie ins. When hot work is required, we control it around hydrocarbons, ignition sources, and containment boundaries.

Shift Level Alignment
Daily coordination with operations keeps construction sequencing current with access, scope, and system status.



OUTAGES & TURNAROUNDS
We staff and manage the construction scope during planned shutdowns. We coordinate with operations scheduling to compress the construction window, stage materials and labour to the outage plan, and close the scope before restart.
TIE-INS AND RETROFITS
For capacity expansions, debottlenecking, and retrofits on a running plant, construction is planned around outage windows and operating conditions. Each connection point is scheduled against both the project plan and the facility's constraints.
FACILITY INSPECTIONS & PROCESS SAFETY MANAGEMENT
We provide field resources for facility inspections and process safety management, supporting the owner's integrity management program.
