TURNOVER AS A CONSTRUCTION DISCIPLINE
We treat turnover as part of the build process. Systems are defined, tracked, and documented while construction is still active, so operations receives the records, status, and system boundaries they need to take control

Boundaries Defined Early
System and subsystem boundaries are established during execution planning. Each boundary aligns with the commissioning sequence and the order operations needs to receive the asset.

Deficiencies Managed In Real-Time
Punch lists are tracked with location, scope, trade, and accountability assigned. Items close while the crews and supervision needed for the fix are still on site.

Records That Match The Field
Temporary bypasses, overrides, and modifications are logged as they are installed and tracked through removal. The documentation package reflects what was built.

Care, Custody & Control
Each system transfers from construction to operations through a defined sequence. Isolation boundaries, cleanliness, and system status are confirmed before the handoff is documented.

CONSTRUCTION TURNOVER
We lead the completions and turnover process. This includes field verifications, progress measurement team, system walkdowns, and interface with the owner's Ready-for-Operations (RFO) team. Where required, we manage direct field labour for system cleanliness, inert gas application, catalyst loading, and first fills.
RFO & CSU
Through the iniem group, we lead the delivery of Ready for Operations and Commissioning and Startup services. This includes operator training, Pre-startup Safety Reviews, Permit to Work readiness, operational readiness reviews, and commissioning and startup crews.
